The precinct will deliver around 1200 residential apartments set across multiple buildings with a rooftop pool and gardens. The first stage has 365 apartments across three buildings and include approximately 2600 sqm of retail and commercial space, plus basement car park. It will comprise 17 studios, 98 one-bedroom apartments, 219 two-bedders, and 31 three-bedroom units.
